Proposed commuter carpark in Riverwood

Transport for NSW is planning to deliver the community a four level commuter car parking facility in Webb Street, Riverwood.

Key features of the project include:
  • a ground plus three level multi-storey car park on Webb Street, providing up to 140 additional commuter parking spaces
  • accessible parking spaces
  • lift access installation of CCTV, lighting and wayfinding signage for safety and security
  • provision for future electric vehicle charging spaces
  • Transport Park and Ride infrastructure (Opal operated boom gates)
  • roof top solar panels.

The planning document for the proposal, the Review of Environmental Factors (REF), will be available for the public to view and comment on later in 2021.

Subject to community consultation and planning approval, construction is expected to start at the end of 2021 and be completed by the end of 2021.
