The Peakhurst Foodies and Farmers Market has a current development approval to operate a monthly market on Friday evenings at Our Lady of Fatima Church in Peakhurst.
 
During Covid, the State Government made several emergency changes to planning legislation that meant that operation of a weekly Saturday Market on the site could also be permitted. 
 
These emergency provisions have now lapsed – meaning that the weekly Saturday Markets no longer have consent to operate. 
 
For the weekly Saturday markets to recommence, the operators would require a new Development Application to be submitted and approved. 
 
The monthly Friday markets can still operate.
