Please be advised that a major system upgrade will take place over the weekend of 28 and 29 September 2024.
As a result, certain Council systems will be unavailable from 3.00pm on Friday 27 September until 8.30am on Monday 30 September 2024.
This system upgrade will impact our Customer Experience team’s ability to resolve your matter for the period of this outage. Our Customer Experience team will capture your details and follow up with you when systems are back online.
There will be no penalties incurred for late payment if you attempt to pay over the outage period.
The affected systems include:

Log it Fix / Fix it, online forms and online services: Our service request system for lodging requests to the Council.

E-Property Applications: This includes 603 applications, 10.7 certificates, address review applications, annual fire safety statements, food permit applications, and swimming pool compliance certificates.

Development Application Tracker (DA Tracker): Used to track the progress of development applications.

Neighbourhood Maps: Address searches on the Waste page (used for identifying Waste collection days) will not be available.

Online Payment Functions: Some payments may be affected. No rates or invoices can be paid at the counter after 3.00pm on Friday 27 September 2024.
