Draft Enforcement Policy

Public Exhibitions 04/05/2017

Council is seeking community feedback on the Draft Enforcement Policy. The draft document aims to provide a framework to ensure the investigation and detection of any breach of the law will be conducted in a fair, lawful, consistent, transparent and professional manner and with a thorough consideration of all available facts.
The Draft Enforcement Policy is on public exhibition until 19 May 2017.

Submissions on the Draft Enforcement Policy can be made until 19 May 2017. The draft document can be viewed at:

  • Georges River Council Hurstville Service Centre, MacMahon Street, Hurstville, between 8.30am and 5.00pm, Monday to Friday
  • Hurstville and Kogarah Public Libraries, during library hours
