Have your say on new Georges River Council logo

Residents can still have their say on three new proposed logos for Georges River Council until Saturday 18 February 2017.
Administrator of Georges River Council, John Rayner said there is still time for the community to be part of creating a new identity for Council by attending the upcoming community information kiosk or participating in Council’s online survey.
“Establishing your new Council is more than just merging and improving services, it is also about creating a positive culture within the organisation, building trust with the community and defining our identity,” he said.
“Council has utilised in-house expertise to develop the three logo designs to ensure that there is no cost to residents and ratepayers.
“The three possible logo designs incorporate some key features from the Georges River area, including its natural beauty, great sporting legacy and broad cultural diversity.
“I encourage all members of the community to come along to the community information kiosk event and participate in a simple two-minute survey so you can let us know your preferred option.
“For those who cannot attend the community information kiosk, you can still provide your feedback via Council’s website. The online survey closes at 11.45pm on Saturday 18 February.”
