New drive-through COVID-19 testing facility opens in Riverwood

Georges River Council has supplied an area of Riverwood Park, at 79 Coleridge Street Riverwood, for use as a drive-through testing facility for COVID-19.

The testing facility, which opens Tuesday 6 October, supports four existing COVID-19 testing clinics in the local area, located at Hurstville Community Health Centre, Hurstville 4Cyte Pathology, St George Hospital and Oatley Douglass Hanly Moir Pathology.

Those wishing to attend the Medlab Pathology COVID Drive-through Clinic in Riverwood require a doctor’s referral before attendance. This can be obtained by phoning your GP and requesting that a referral be emailed or faxed to Medlab Pathology at or 8745 6567. For further information, call Medlab Pathology on 8745 6500.

The opening of a COVID-19 drive through testing centre at Riverwood Park will support NSW Health during the COVID-19 pandemic to provide the community with access to COVID-19 testing and assist NSW Health with monitoring community health and expediting local economic recovery.

Testing clinics are safe to visit and have measures in place to protect patients and staff from COVID-19, including the supply of hand gel and masks. To view a full list of COVID-19 testing clinic locations, please visit:
