Have your say on the future use of Moore Reserve in Oatley

Community consultation is taking place regarding the Plan of Management and Master Plan for Moore Reserve, Oatley, and Georges River Council is encouraging local residents to share feedback.

Council has engaged Gondwana Consulting to prepare the Plan of Management and Master Plan which will guide the use, management and development of the open space into the future.

Moore Reserve offers various recreational opportunities including a boat ramp, children’s playground and off-leash dog area, as well as shaded seating areas, BBQ facilities, exercise equipment, bushland, stormwater harvesting and onsite parking.

The community is invited to share insights regarding their current use of the open space, any issues and challenges experienced, and desired future use of the site.

Feedback will help to develop the Moore Reserve Park Draft Plan of Management and Master Plan, to ensure plans are consistent with the community’s needs and wants.
The documents will be placed on public exhibition for further community comment and feedback later in the year.

There are a number of ways you can share feedback before the consultation closing date on Friday 13 March 2020:
