Drop in and connect with Council at a Customer Service pop-up stall in Westfield, Hurstville

Residents of the Georges River community are encouraged to drop in and connect with Council at its Customer Service pop-up stall at Westfield Hurstville on the following Tuesdays - 20 March, 17 April and 22 May.

Council’s Mayor Kevin Greene said the initiative will increase accessibility and provide more opportunities for residents to find out about services provided by Council.

“Pop-up stalls are just one of the ways Council is proactively engaging with the community and are an extension of our commitment to providing excellent customer service to all residents.”

“Not everyone has time to come in to one of our Customer Service Centres, so we are going to where our community already is, in order to be more available to our residents.”

“If you are at Westfield and see our pop-up stall, I encourage you come over and have a chat with one of our friendly staff members.”

Stalls will run at Centre Court from 10.00am to 2.00pm and Customer Service representatives will be on-hand to answer general enquiries. Each session will focus on a particular area or service, with relevant Council officers on hand to answer enquiries.

The first pop-up on Tuesday 20 March will have Community Development staff available to answer questions about the second round of Council’s Community Grants Program 2017-2018.
