Council launches eTrack to streamline online application tracking

Georges River Council is offering community members a ‘one-stop-shop’ for online application tracking for properties in the Georges River area with the new eTrack online system.
Mayor of Georges River Council Kevin Greene said that the new software will ensure that residents can easily access information about the status and progress of most application types and view documentation associated with development applications.
“Customers will no longer need to log into separate systems to access former Hurstville or Kogarah properties for applications, with information about their application just a click away on eTrack,” said Mayor Greene.
“eTrack is available 24/7 and allows residents to closely follow the progress of their application, view proposed development sites on Google Street View and offers the opportunity to review all development applications currently on exhibition in a mapped format.
“Residents can also use the platform’s progress bar to better understand the major stages associated with a development application, search ‘in-progress’ applications by suburb and drill down into the application detail from a map view.”
Application types available on eTrack include:
  • Development Applications
  • Modifications of Development Consent
  • Review of Determinations
  • Construction Certificates
  • Complying Development Certificates
In addition, customers can undertake basic reporting of development and building-related applications submitted and determined on a weekly and monthly basis. To access eTrack for online application tracking, click on the ‘Track a DA’ quick link on the Georges River Council website home page.
