2016 Hurstville Excellence in Business Awards

Georges River Council Administrator John Rayner congratulated local businesses for their hard work and dedication at the 2016 Hurstville Excellence in Business Awards.

Mr Rayner said the Awards, now in their 14th year, recognised the outstanding contributions of Hurstville City businesses to economic and community life.

“Our businesses are the backbone to our economy, vital in servicing our residents and important in attracting visitors to shop, dine and participate in a range of activities,” he said.

“Council proudly supports the local business community and has a range of initiatives and programs to assist in the growth and development of small business enterprise in the Georges River region.
