Heritage Publication Grants
Through Council's Heritage Publication Grants Program, financial assistance is awarded towards the publication of works which tell the story of the history, heritage and development of the Georges River Local Government area. The grant supports applications regarding the publication of original research and the re-publication of primary sources, as well as print and digital publications. 

A total of up to $5,000 in funding is available each financial year. 

How to apply 

To apply, applicants should first read the Heritage Publication Grants Guidelines and then complete the Heritage Publication Grant Application Form. Applications should be sent by email to mail@georgesriver.nsw.gov.au.

Applicants are encouraged to discuss their project with Council's Cultural Development Officer on 9330 6400.

Applications for the 2018-2019 Program are now closed. Applications for the 2019-2020 Program will open in mid-2019.
