Level Up with AI: Youth Skills Workshop (UNSW UNOVA x Georges River Council)

This is a Council led event.

23/04/2026 - Hurstville Library.

This hands-on AI workshop empowers young people to confidently use tools like ChatGPT for study, creativity, and problem-solving. Participants will learn how to design effective prompts, explore real-world applications of AI across education and everyday life, and build an understanding of ethical considerations such as bias and responsible use.

Target ages are between 15-19 years old

Participants are required to bring their own device, preferably a laptop or tablet.

Delivered by experts from UNSW Business School, including Dr Vincent Pang and Dr Jacky Mo, the session equips youth with practical, future-ready skills to navigate an increasingly AI-driven world with confidence and critical awareness.
