UPDATE - 15 May 2020

Cafes and restaurants who choose to provide dine-in service for their customers, can now cater to no more than 10 patrons seated at any one time and may continue to provide take away and delivery.

If a cafe or restaurant wishes to provide dine-in service for seated customers, they must adhere to the 4 square metre rule. In addition, seated patrons who are not members of the same household must exercise 1.5 metres in physical distancing. For assistance in applying the 4 square metre rule where up to 10 customers  dining in your establishment, please visit the NSW Government website.
