  • Planning Agreement for Nos 12-22 Woniora Road, Hurstville referring to DA2015/191

    The Developer has offered to enter into this Planning Agreement with the Council to carry out the Developer's works, to dedicate to Council the Dedicated Land, transfer to Council the Transferred Land, provide to Council the Public Benefits and pay the Developer's Contribution.
  • Planning Agreement for East Quarter Stage 3 - 93 Forest Road, Hurstville and First Deed of Variation to Planning Agreement

    The Council entered into a Planning Agreement pursuant to section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 with Hville FCP Pty Ltd and East Quarter Pty Ltd on 15 June 2017. The Planning Agreement applies to Stage 3 of the East Quarter development at 93-103 Forest Road, Hurstville and relates to an amendment to Hurstville LEP 2012 (Planning Proposal 2014/0002) and Development Consent (DA2014/1083).
  • Voluntary Planning Agreement for 6 Cross Street, Hurstville

    Georges River Council entered into a Planning Agreement pursuant to section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 with Illawarra Catholic Club Ltd on 20/3/2018. The VPA relates to the carrying out of the Development of the Land and requires the Developer to make a monetary contribution to Council of $976,147 towards public infrastructure in the Hurstville City Centre including the embellishment of the Central Plaza and upgrade of the local road network.
  • Voluntary Planning Agreement for 108, 112 and 124 Forest Road and 1 and 3 Wright Street, Hurstville and Deed of Variation to VPA

    Georges River Council entered into a Planning Agreement pursuant to section 93F of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 with Shanghai Lihua Hurstville Pty Ltd and SLH 108 Pty Ltd on 26/3/2018.

    The Voluntary Planning Agreement relates to the carrying out of the Development of the Land and requires the Developer to provide Land Dedication to Council for the purpose of widening Forest Road to facilitate traffic movement on Forest Road; and make a monetary contribution to Council of $3,775,750 to Council for the purpose of the provision of public infrastructure, amenities and services within the Hurstville City Centre that may include possible future road works, and obtaining relevant studies, and payment of consultants fees.
  • Voluntary Planning Agreement for 12-22 Woniora Road, Hurstville referring to DA2016/154

    Georges River Council entered into a Planning Agreement pursuant to section 7.4 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 with Combined Projects (Hurstville) Pty Limited on 18 April 2018. The VPA relates to the carrying out of the Development of the Land and requires the Developer to make a monetary contribution to Council of $1,000,000 towards public infrastructure improvements within the Hurstville City Centre.
  • Deed of Variation for Voluntary Planning Agreement - 6 Cross Street, Hurstville

    Georges River Council and the Illawarra Catholic Club (the Developer) entered into a Deed of Variation to the Voluntary Planning Agreement (VPA) for 6 Cross Street, Hurstville on 22 August 2019.

    The VPA relates to the development approved under Development Consent DA2018/018. The VPA requires the Developer to provide a monetary contribution of $142,605.19 for the purpose of public infrastructure in the Hurstville City Centre and upgrades to the local road network.
     

  • Voluntary Planning Agreement for Part of the Landmark Square Precinct

    Georges River Council and Prime Hurstville Pty Limited (the Developer) entered into a Planning Agreement (VPA) pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 on 26 August 2019 in relation to part of the Landmark Square Precinct at 61-69, 71A, 73 and 75 Forest Road, 126 Durham Hurstville.

    The VPA requires the Developer to provide a monetary contribution of $7,375,878, the dedication of land and carrying out of works to widen a section of Roberts Lane, and the provision of public access easements.

  • Voluntary Planning Agreement for 9 Gloucester Road and 420-430 Forest Road, Hurstville

    Published: 12/10/2020

    Georges River Council and GTB Hurstville Pty Limited (the Developer) entered into a Planning Agreement (VPA) pursuant to the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 on 25 September 2020 in relation to the development of 9 Gloucester Road and 420-430 Forest Road, Hurstville.

    The VPA requires the Developer to provide a monetary contribution of $3,619,308 for public facilities in the LGA and is to be paid to Council within 28 days after the Hurstville Local Environmental Plan Amendment for the site takes effect.
