We have a variety of payment options available for you to pay your rates, permits or registrations.
How to make a payment
Online: You can make payments online using: Visa, MasterCard, Diners or American Express (credit card payments incur a service fee).
Direct debit: Residents can arrange to have their bank account debited on a quarterly or annual basis by completing a Rates Direct Debit Form.
BPay: To pay your rates using BPay, please use the BPay biller code and reference number quoted on your rates notice.
Mail: Post your cheque or money order, made payable to: Georges River Council, PO Box 205, Hurstville BC NSW 1481.
In person: Rate payments can be made over the counter at one of Council's Service Centres.
Australia Post: Rate payments can be made at any Post Office using Post Billpay.
Phone: To make a credit card rate payment, residents can call the telephone number quoted on your rates notice.
