Implementation Advisory Committee

The Implementation Advisory Committee (IAC) was established following the amalgamation of the former Hurstville and Kogarah Councils in May 2016, following a directive from the NSW State Government.
The IAC was established to provide input to the Administrator on local views and issues.  This included:

  • Advice on local views and issues

  • Background to matters before the Council/Administrator

  • Input to operating plans

  • Advice on policies, as requested by the Administrator

The IAC met bi-monthly with the first meeting held on 17 August 2016.  The last meeting of the IAC was held on 14 June 2017.
