Seniors art in the courtyard

08/03/2019 - Hurstville Museum & Gallery,
14 MacMahon Street, Hurstville

This month’s art class will focus on a process called ‘Zen Doodling’

It is a great way to have some playful, creative fun with no hang-ups about being perfect or particularly artistic. No artistic ability is required!
It’s the clever use of repetitive pattern orientations and the mindful meditative process, which gives it the “Zen” element.

A creative journey with a difference that has you learning techniques while you practice simple meditation and having fun along the way!
