Senior Residents

Georges River seniors take a very active role in the life of our community through their participation in volunteer and paid work, sport, recreation and the arts.

Georges River Council provides a range of resources and activities for older people and carers in the Georges River area. Council is also active in community development, social planning and promotes active ageing. Click here to view the Active Ageing flyer.

Council provides a general information and referral service for older people and fosters links between community, Council, State and Federal government and non-government to provide services that meet their social, physical and cultural needs.
